A typical “Casale Sabino”, 2 kilometres from Collevecchio, built in the heart of the estate and restored specifically for the “Relais Campagne” project is a large rural home (400 mq). The Casale, situated near the beautiful panoramic swimming pool and the stables area, has four fully furnished independent apartments.

The architectural division has been thoroughly studied to allow different solutions, offering the possibility of connecting two or more apartments, sleeping from 2 to 14 persons according to the preferred needs.

Guests are welcome to use the swimming pool, barbecue, and wood oven. All apartments are fully equipped.

The clubhouse houses a large TV screen and DVD player along with a selection of cartoons, films and documentaries in different languages.

The Guests can choose between apartments or suites, with or without fireplace, private entrance and patio, on one or two levels, and the possibility to add an extra bed on mezzanine floors.

There are also apartments for 2 people with living room, one bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom.

For groups of eight persons or more there is a living space on the ground floor where the groups can utilize a communal area with the comforts TV, DVD, library etc., maintaining the maximum privacy of the bedroom area.
